The Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, in association with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Farnborough International Ltd are privileged to host the sixth biennial Aero India 2007 aerospace exhibition at Bangalore, India, from 7 to 11 February 2007.Dedicated to global aerospace and aviation business activity - from suppliers to aircraft manufacturers; technology providers to services, it allows the aviation and aerospace industry to promote and showcase their products and services to an international professional business audience. Aero India has already established its credentials over the past decade.
The show has built a sizeable brand equity in the aviation world and acts as a catalyst for the industry.
Aero India offers an opportunity to see and experience the latest technologies, products and services in the aviation industry. It is an aviation-linked platform to find partners, build alliances, share knowledge and enhance reputation.It is an opportunity to network with aviation industry peers from around the world and trade expertise in the fields of R&D, production and services.
The exhibition will cover an area of 30,000 square metres of outdoor exhibit space and 25,000 square metres of indoor space, housed in fully air-conditioned exhibit halls. In addition the Yelahanka airfield has an extensive area for static aircraft exhibits as well as offering the flexibility of customer demonstration flights and a comprehensive daily flying display.
A special focus Business Aircraft Arena is being created for the display and demonstration of Business Aircraft
