Detail: The fair in Verona presents some 600 agricultural companies who have invested in the rebirth of agriculture, 300 carefully selected products and 100 dishes based on local products created by masters of Italian cuisine. In addition, "Agrifruit" tackles the issue of tracing fruit and vegetable products and "La fattoria degli animali" presents an extraordinary selection of the best .   An unprecedented event, visitors are presented with detailed information regarding the characteristics, origin and various stages of the production process which the food is subjected en route from the fields to the table. They will be offered the opportunity to buy the best Italian products directly from the concerns and to sample the dishes presented by "La Città della Ristorazione".
