ESAA Workshop
GO-EXPO and the Environmental Services Association of Alberta (ESAA) have joined together to bring you timely workshops related to the environmental issues and concerns in the oil and gas industry. The ESAA Workshops will run over the course of two days during GO-EXPO in the Palomino Rooms.
IADD Workshop
For the first time at GO-EXPO, the International Association of Directional Drilling (IADD) will present two sets of timely workshops in basic and advanced formats on Tuesday, June 12 and Wednesday, June 13 in the Palomino Rooms at the Roundup Centre in Stampede Park. Designed primarily for the directional drilling industry, the IADD Workshops will focus on the following: An Introduction to Directional Drilling Heavy Oil - Magnetic Ranging and SAGD Rotary Steerable Systems - Lower Cost and Vertical Systems Real-time Operations/Geo-Steering Effects of Logging HA/HZ Wells - in conjunction with SPWLA Survey Management Slimhole Drilling
Software Technology Theatre
Software Technology Theatre In addition to cutting edge oil and gas equipment on display at GO-EXPO: Gas and Oil Exposition, a new feature pavilion is being added specifically for petroleum software companies. This new pavilion is an important addition to GO-EXPO and showcases the intelligence behind the hardware within the petroleum industry. Following the successes of software features at both GO-EXPO 2005 and Global Petroleum Show 2006, the new pavilion with utilize an entire exhibit hall at GO-EXPO 2007. The Software Technology Pavilion in Hall D of the Roundup Centre has exhibit space for up to 90 software providers, and includes a 1200 square foot demonstration theatre, that will feature free presentations to Visitors.
Presentation Theatre
Formerly known as the Centre Stage, the Presentation Theatre at GO-EXPO will feature leading presentations by qualified exhibitors on cutting-edge technology in the industry. FREE to attend for all Visitors, the Presentation Theatre is located in the Roundup Centre near the Keynote Luncheon area.
