Detail: All inventions and innovations presented at ITEX 07 will have the privilege to compete for ITEX Awards, the prestigious WIPO Gold Medal for the Best Overall Invention and the IFIA Cup for the Best Woman Inventor of the Year. MYIE 07 provides a platform for Malaysia inventors to showcase their winning innovations and, it also allows these youths to meet like-minded young inventors and their mentors from neighbouring countries and around the world. The young inventors link up with one another to share information and network with established inventors to advance their knowledge. MYIE 07 will feature winners from the national-level Malaysia Young Inventors Competition, organised by MINDS. MYIE 07 welcomes participation from youth 20-years-old and below as of 1 January 2007.
