Exhibition name:Medical Imaging 2011 |
Organiser:SPIE-The International Society for Optical Engineering |
venue:Town and Country Hotel |
Detail: Every two years Information Processing in Medical Imaging brings together scientists in medical image formation, analysis and interpretation, for an international workshop that allows extensive discussion of new ideas. The meeting is set up in an informal and friendly atmosphere to stimulate communication and has a unique format: A limited number of papers are presented, after a competitive review and selection process, and these are discussed in-depth without time limitations. Many influential developments in the field were first presented at IPMI, and the series has done much to foster a rigorous scientific approach to information processing in medical imaging. As an internationally recognized forum, Medical Imaging draws more than 1,000 professionals presenting state-of-the-art research and developments in the field. Be one of the companies showcasing the latest tools, instruments, devices, and components in medical image generation, acquisition, processing, storage, transmission, and utilization. This unique exhibition is held in conjunction with the technical program which draws an international audience of research physicists, radiologists, physicians, engineers, and technical personnel. Ample time will be allowed for all attendees to visit the exhibits and speak with representatives from industry. http://spie.org/ |
