Detail: SALON DE VIN is the only professionally organised wine show on the area of the biggest trade and consumption centre in the country – Sofia. The 6th consecutive edition of the exhibition will be held in the period 14 - 17 November 2007 at Inter Expo and Congress Center (IEC), Sofia together with the International Specialised Exhibitions THE WORLD OF MILK, MEATMANIA and INTERFOOD & DRINK. Some of the exhibition goals and this year will be expanding the market of Bulgarian wine in the country and abroad, enhancing the wine culture of the Bulgarian consumer and popularising the wine as a style and way of life. SALON DE VIN will again appear to be a preferred place for business and pleasure and will provoke the interest of wholesalers and retailers, distributors, importers, producers and representatives, hotel and restaurant managers, foreign guests.
