Detail: Every January the Bermuda International Race Weekend, a three-day festival, begins with a series of road miles on Friday night, builds to a 10K on Saturday and ends in grand style with a marathon and half marathon on Sunday. Bermuda is excited to be hosting this annual event. We expect that this years race weekend will bring out the finest runners on both the amateur and professional level. We are quite proud of our island and this event. Just about everyone on the island turns out for race weekend. Local residents line the various race courses offering runners our form of Bermuda support and encouragement. Participants tell us that the Bermuda races are some of the best for course management, competition and hospitality. During this weekend, you will have the opportunity to experience all of what Bermuda has to offer as a vacation experience; from our beaches and hotels, to our golf courses; and from our transportation services to our many historical attractions. Eligibility: : The Bermuda International Race Weekend is open to all runners both amateur and professional.
